Stitch your own Manchester Library with this PDF pattern from Hoop & Fred
This is a pattern close to my heart as it was one of my very first Manchester Hoops. After sharing the first one on Instagram I must have stitched up 5 or 6 versions of this hoop for different people. It's nice to know I'm not the only one with a soft spot for a library.
Your downloadable pattern includes the following:
- Materials List
- DMC Colour Guide
- A to-scale outline of the pattern for tracing onto the fabric
- Detailed stitch instructions with easy-to-follow photos
- A step-by-step guide that takes you through what stitch and thread to use in each section
- Handy tips and tricks for working with the materials, plus suggestions for ways you can make the design your own
For Confident Beginners or experienced stitchers
This pattern has some intricate areas, and the curved lines will require a little bit of patience, but I believe in you! The stitch guide will take you through every step of the way, and you’ll quickly see you’re stitching improve (and you can always go back and redo any wobbly first stitches if you need to).
